RALEIGH — After a three-judge panel redrew Congressional maps for North Carolina, Moore County's current representative in the U.S. House announced he will run in a new district that will include Moore County. Rep. Richard Hudson (R-08) is in his fifth term in the U.S. House serving the N.C.’s eighth congressional district.
